Since I was a child I've been traveling to New Mexico, the home of my mother's family. It wasn't until I was in college that I acquired an appreciation for the chiles of New Mexico, both green and red. I've returned to northern New Mexico every year to enjoy the delicious cuisine that incorporates chiles into nearly every dish.
For this dinner I'll be preparing the dishes I love, using a variety of chiles, whether in a small dash or as the star ingredient, and hopefully you'll leave with a new appreciation for their distinct differences. Come for a night of bold flavors and beautiful food as we celebrate A Night In New Mexico!
