Private Cellar Exchange at Boston Title & Abstract
The best wine is the wine that is shared.
Without generosity, cellars become beautifully curated graveyards, full of bottles waiting too long to tell the stories they were born to tell.
Wine is an agricultural food, born from the earth, shaped by human hands, and meant to nourish not only the table, but also connection.
So stop waiting for the special occasion that may never come.
Bring your best bottle. Let it age no further in isolation. Let’s taste the impossible together.
July 27th. Space is limited.

Join us for a five-course tasting experience with Chef Scott VanTuyl working fully behind the scenes—shaping each dish in real time and bringing his vision to life through precision, instinct, and flavor. This is an intimate look at the craft, with every course thoughtfully developed as the evening unfolds.
Each dish will be paired with a curated selection, personally presented by Allen, who will guide guests through each pour and the story behind it.
This is an experience designed for those who value the process as much as the outcome—exceptional food, distinguished spirits, and the kind of company that makes the night linger. We look forward to raising a glass with you.
Spanish Wine Dinner at Biga
1st Course
Manchego Cheese and Serrano Ham Empanada
Spicy Aioli
Wine-Lobetia Rose, Castilla Spain
“Lobetia Rosé is bone-dry with a medium body and a creamy texture. The nose features flowers, lime, pear, honeydew melon, and orange blossom, while the palate offers strawberries, cherries, clementine, and lime zest, finishing with a clean, crisp, and refreshing finish”
2nd Course
Chicken and Chorizo Paella
Wine-Torremoron Tinto, Ribera del Duero Spain
Tempranillo
“Deep, shimmering violet. Juicy and appealingly sweet, offering dark berry and cherry compote flavors that take on a floral nuance with aeration. Shows good energy and lift on the clinging finish, which features rounded tannins”
Entrée
Pork with Smoky Red Pepper Sauce
Rice
Wine-Alberto Orte La Antigua Calisico Reserva, Rioja Spain
“Deep red. Lively smoke- and spice-accented cherry and red berry aromas are complemented by floral oil, game and pipe tobacco flourishes. Seamless and focused on the palate, offering juicy raspberry and bitter cherry flavors that become sweeter with air. Shows very good energy and suave floral character on a long, fruit-driven finish that's given shape by well-integrated tannins.”
Dessert
Chocolate Olive Oil Cake

Field Recordings Wine Dinner at Biga
1st Course
Spicy Baked Cod Taco
Wine-Field Recordings Chenin Blanc, Santa Barbara
“Dry, medium-plus body. Tropical nose, followed by a delightfully waxy texture. Meyer lemon, asian pear, chamomile and flinty mineral finish.”
Blend: 100% Chenin Blanc
.”
2nd Course
Bucatini with Bacon and Tomato
Wine-Field Recordings Super Gnario, Santa Barbara
Nebbiolo/Barbera
“Nose: Mixed berries, baking spice, black licorice. Ethanol stings the nose a little.
Palate: Cherry juice, earth, flowers, wood vanilla and spice. Medium+ body, medium+ acidity, firm tannins, a slight bitterness in the finish that is different from the tannic astringency, and some boozy heat.
This is my first new world Nebbiolo/Barbera. Drinks close to a good Langhe rosso but juicier and with more of an oak presence. Love the label. Field Recordings once again makes a fun, affordable, interesting wine.”
Entrée
Steak Diane
Smashed Potatoes
Wine-Field Recordings Fiasco, Paso Robles
Cabernet Sauvignon (70%) and Sangiovese (30%)
“Fresh strawberry and cherry aromas on the nose, with a lively palate that balances bright fruit with structured tannins. The blend delivers a fun, satisfying sip with ample tension”
Dessert
Key Lime Pie with Cream Cheese
$50 per person
