Private Wine Exchange at Boston Title & Abstract
May

Private Wine Exchange at Boston Title & Abstract

I’m delighted to invite you and your best wine friend to The Private Cellar Exchange, an invitation-only evening for collectors, enthusiasts, and passionate wine lovers who believe the best bottles are meant to be shared.

It’s time to bring wine back where it belongs: at the center of the table.

WiNEisFOOD is more than a tasting, it’s a ritual. We’re stripping away the pretense and restoring the “why” of wine.

This is an evening for the curious, the collectors, and the people who believe that a bottle only truly opens up when it’s shared over a meal and real conversation.

THE PHILOSOPHY:

EAT WINE. DON’T DRINK IT.

We don’t just pour; we experience.

We’re looking for bottles with a story, the ones that matter to you. Bring a bottle from your cellar or simply a bottle that means something to you or carries weight, and prepare to discover pours you’ve never seen (and perhaps thought you never would).

This exchange makes the “impossible” bottles possible.

THE EXPERIENCE:

Expect an evening of high-energy education and deep connection, featuring:

Signature Snackuterie Platters: Curated for the ultimate pairing.

Classic House Terrines: Artisanal, rustic, and made for wine.

Thoughtful Pairings: We respect the know-how and the “where” behind every label.

THE DETAILS:

WHEN: Monday, May 18 | 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

WHERE: Boston Title & Abstract

THE ENTRY: $100 (Covers your seat, education, and service)

Space is strictly limited for those who actually care about what’s in the glass.

Come for the wine, stay for the restoration of the ritual, and go home with new friendships you’ll want to nurture.

We get excited for the origin. We live for the anticipation. We see you at the table.

Fableist Wine Company Dinner at Biga

1st Course

Spicy Thai Calamari Salad

Wine-Fableist Albarino, Central Coast California

FABLE 426: THE FOX AND THE STORK

Resist the Fox’s temptation to think too highly of oneself; instead, graciously put aside differences and share the bounty of these vines with open arms.

“Bright honeysuckle with a hit of ginger will invigorate you, as green papaya and yellow peach encapsulate all your senses. Seaspray adds a round mid-palate, while the bright acidity keeps the wine light and complements the effervescence, perfect for relaxing as you float down the lazy river.”

2nd Course

Cornish Game Hen

Romesco

Wine-Fableist Tempranillo, Central Coast California

FABLE 067: THE TWO TRAVELERS AND THE AXE

Many misfortunes may befall those of intrepid spirit, but The Fableist trusts that those who dare face danger with a friend can share the delicious prize in the end.

“Loaded with blueberries, black currant, and dark chocolate. The wine has a velvety mouthfeel with a lingering finish that is warm and fulfilling.”

Entrée

India Lamb Madras

Basmati Rice

Wine-Fableist Cabernet Sauvignon, Paso Robles

FABLE 373: THE ANT AND THE CICADA

Now accept the gift of The Fableist, which has been toiled and moiled over in an attempt to give both weary ants and shiftless cicadas peace of mind, and a belly full of warmth.

“Vibrant cedar, lavender, and fresh bay leaf hit your tongue as you're warmed by the comforts of chocolate mint and cinnamon. A strong finish wraps you in a fond embrace.”

Dessert

Key Lime Pie

Travel Around The World Wine Dinner at Biga

1st Course
Shrimp Mozambique
Rice

Wine-Delaforce Alvarinho, Portugal

“The Delaforce Alvarinho is a fragrant wine with notes of white and green fruit beneath the mineral hints, showing some oyster shell characters. It is crisp and elegant on the palate, with tension and vibrancy, finishing sharp and clean.”

2nd Course
Tuscan Lasagna
(meat ragu & bechamel)

Wine-Gioventu Chianti DOCG, Italy

“The color of the wine shows a burgundy center, becoming a clearer, burnt red on the edges. The nose is bold, with complex layers of fruit and earth. Aromas of black cherry, dark red flowers, and crushed, loamy rocks are at the core, with spicy, woodsy smells of milled black pepper and autumnal dried leaves right above it. The palate is focused on savory fruits of blackberry, cherry, and red citrus, freshened by a zing of clean minerality. Structure-wise, this wine has power, with long lasting acidity, and tannin on the top of the gums and down the tongue.”

Entrée
Seared Sirloin Steak with Blue Cheese Sauce
Fries

Wine-Hill Family “Barrel Select” Red Wine, Napa Valley

“Nicely perfumed and polished, this sleek, full-bodied wine has well-concentrated flavors of ripe, juicy black cherries. Firm, fine-grained tannins give a good, snappy texture, carrying the intense fruitiness through the lingering finish.”

Dessert
Crème Bruleed Sandwich

$50 per person

Fire Salt & Spices Wine Dinner with Chef Shannon Smith

  • 6600 South Harvard Avenue Tulsa, OK, 74136 United States (map)
  • Google Calendar ICS

There is something ancient and mesmerizing about cooking over open fire, the crackle of wood, the scent of smoke in the air, and the way simple ingredients transform with heat, salt, and spices.

For this special outdoor dinner, guests will be seated in my outdoor kitchen and around the pool while I cook the meal over live fire. The evening is inspired by the work of legendary Argentine chef Francis Mallmann, who has become famous around the world for his dramatic open-fire cooking and his philosophy that fire, salt, and patience are all a great cook truly needs.

Inspired Chef Mallman, this dinner celebrates the bold flavors of fire cooking.

The evening’s menu will include empanadas cooked in a wood-fired oven, a bright quinoa salad, and a mixed grill of meats and locally made sausage cooked over open flame. We’ll finish the night with smoked apple crisp served warm with ice cream.

It will be a relaxed evening filled with firelight, great food, and the kind of communal table that reminds us why cooking outdoors is one of the oldest and most joyful ways to gather.

The Menu:

Pork Empanadas
Quinoa Salad
Corn Bisque with Roasted Red Pepper
Mixed Grill of Meats and Sausage
Vegetables with brown-butter vinaigrette
Smoked Apple Crisp
Vanilla ice cream and caramel

$40 wine pairing
