SOLD OUT
Join Shannon as she shares some of her favorite dishes from her travels in Sicily.
Shannon will return from her latest trip to Sicily in mid-October with luggage filled with ingredients essential to authentic Sicilian dishes, including almonds, pistachios, sun-dried tomatoes, olive oil, and much more! The cuisine of Sicily is influenced by Arab, Greek, and Spanish cultures. Cucina povera, meaning peasant food, is simple and elegant with focus on the ingredients instead of elaborate preparations.
Dinner will be served outside under the stars where you will be served a 5-course meal and stories of Shannon's many travels throughout Sicily. This is an evening you won't want to miss!
(menu is subject to change as Shannon discovers new dishes on her trip this month)
