It's the perfect time of year to drink Sancerre. I often think Sancerre Blanc taste like glacial ice itself and has a stunning singular acidity I associate with winter. Sancerre is known for its Sauvignon Blancs, but also produces fabulous Pinot Noirs. We hope that you join us Thursday January 18th for our first wine dinner of the year exploring Sancerre with award winning winery J. De Villebois and a five-course tasting menu by Chef Andrew Donovan.
