Champagne Tasting at Tulsa Hills Wine Cellar

  • Tulsa Hills Wine Cellar 7422 South Olympia Avenue Tulsa, OK, 74132 United States (map)

SOLD OUT

Thursday, December 14th Tulsa Hills Wine Cellar will be hosting a tasting with Russ that will pair perfectly with anything you might be toasting to this Holiday Season and into the New Year! Russ will be showcasing the following 5 fabulous wines:

Arlaux Champagne Brut Grande Cuvee - Bubbly White, Dry, Medium-Bodied, Fruity, Rich. Elevate your everyday with classic Champagne and a super-fun meal. First, goat cheese puffs, then mushroom risotto. Next, grilled tilapia with a cilantro-lime crema. Finish with potato chip-crusted, salted caramels.

Jean Laurent Blanc De Noirs Brut - "Rich and creamy, with hints of toasted brioche and pastry cream underscoring the flavors of pureed plum and creamed apple fruit, marzipan and lemon parfait. Bright, citrusy acidity keeps this fresh and focused through the spiced finish."

François Montand Blanc de Blancs Brut - For centuries, Méthode Champenoise, also known as Méthode Traditionnelle, has been the gold standard for sparkling wine production. A production style that proves to be much more labor-intensive, but the added quality garnered is well worth the effort. With Méthode Traditionnelle the wine goes through its second fermentation in the bottle adding richness and complexity, due to the time it spends on the lees. This style gave Champagne the reputation for premium quality it heralds to this day.

JCB #69 Pinot Noir Cremant Bourgogne - Our dry Rosé N°69 sparkling wine is not a dainty pink thing. It’s a FLAMBOYANT, profound mouthful of serious bubbles. The VIBRANT crispness of N°69 is thirst quenching. Yet the flavors—evocative of Pinot Noir—are beautifully SENSUAL.

Bellussi Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry - A white sparkling wine produced using the Charmat method from Prosecco grapes cultivated in the hills of Treviso. This wine can be described as a versatile spumante ideal for any occasion especially served as an aperitif, but its pleasing round taste also makes it the perfect wine to be served with meals.

There will be three sessions: 5:30pm, 6:00pm, and 6:30pm. The tasting will be held indoors at the Tulsa Hills Cigar Cellar.

*If you would like to sign up a guest you will need to add their first and last name. If your name is on the list more than once we will need to remove it to make space for other attendees. This is a free tasting and spots fill up fast and we always have a waiting list!
