Duet is having one of our favorite dinners, a Beaujolais French one. We will be drinking wines from different regions in Beaujolais. We will travel to three of the twelve appellations in Beaujolais. We will preparing a wonderful shrimp dish to pair with the Beaujolais Blanc, a 100% chardonnay, then a delicious mushroom and jambon crepe and Beef Bourguignon. We will finish with a decadent pear custard tart.
Zoe Curren, our resident Francophile will be here to talk all things French. Zoe speaks fluent French and has studied and visited their numerous times.
This dinner will be delightful with great wine and food.
