In honor of Dry January, we are hosting our first ever Dry Wine Dinner on Wednesday, January 10th! This dinner will feature three fantastic de-alcoholized Spanish wines from Hollow Leg.
Hollow Leg’s unique process preserves the mouthfeel, taste, and aroma of the original wine without the need for weird chemicals, added sugar or unusual flavour additives. The wines have everything but alcohol.
Our wine specialist, Zoë Curren will be on hand to present the wines and answer any questions you may have about de-alcoholized wine.
