Kat Griffin, owner of "Filigree Jams," will be joining us for our second wine brunch! She will be informing us on the intricacies of creating her made from scratch jams. Each of our five courses, created by Chef Scott Vantuyl, will be paired with her jams. Our Sommelier, Allen Nash, will be selecting wines being brought in specifically to pair with each of Kat's jams to compliment each course. Kat's background in engineering informs every choice she makes with her product, creating dynamic and intricate recipes she's excited to share!
