Appetizer Charbay Green Tea Vodka Cocktail
1st Neboa Albarino, Rias Biaxas Tempura Veggies - Asparagus, sweet potatoes, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, broccoli, zucchini and squash lightly fried and served with tempura dipping sauce.
2nd Long Story Short Sauvignon Blanc Bubbles, Marlborough, NZ Sashimi Walu - Super white fish that is rich and buttery. Served with wasabi ponzu.
3rd Raptor Ridge Grüner Veltliner, Estate Vineyard, Chehalem Mts. Dragon Roll - Snow crab, cucumber, avocado inside. Topped with eel, shrimp, avocado and eel sauce.
