Bubbles and Cheese….and CHOCOLATE!

One of my favorite classes to teach is for MOTHER’S DAY, because it is designed around things that “Mother Wench” loves. Bubbles and cheese (me a bit too). She loves all manner of sparkling wines, and pairing them with cheeses from around the world. This year, it is going to be extra special, as I will be joined by Randy Page of Cricket and Fig Chocolate. Each of the five sparkling wines will be paired with cheese for a bit of the savory, and then a chocolate for a taste of the sweet side.

The evening will begin with a signature cocktail and some light bites while we all gather, followed by the class.

Cocktail hour: 6pm
Class: 7pm

Cost is $125 per person plus tax, and includes the signature cocktail, light bites before class, 5 sparkling wines, 5 cheese pairings, 5 gourmet chocolate pairings, and guided tastings with The Cheese Wench and Randy Page.
