Miang Kham Kaprow: shiso leaf, ground chicken, fish sauce, holy basil, quail egg & Miang Som O: wild betel leaf, pomelo, prawn, herbs, cashew, ginger caramel
Som Tum Tod: crispy tempura papaya, cherry tomatoes, long bean, fish sauce
Khao Pad Buu: double crab fried rice with Nam Jim seafood dip
Gang Phet Pla + Khao Hom Mali: red curry of fish + Thai pea eggplant, and makrut lime with jasmine rice
Fresh Fried Milk Bread Donuts: served warm and dusted in sugar + spices
