Our First Wine Dinner of 2025, Restaurant Basque Presents Kermit Lynch and...Southeastern France Wines of the Rhone Valley and Provence
The Rhone Valley, a reckoning of knotted wild looking vines growing in stoney vineyards, all gathered along the spine of the Rhone river.
Provence, if you cannot see it, you can probably smell the salty sea in the air. The major red grapes in both of these areas are Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre. On January 30th we are set to explore the wines of the Rhone Valley and Provence from the Syrah's of the Northern Rhone to the Mourvèdre's of Bandol. Joining us for the evening will be TC Leroy and Scott Garrett from Revolution Syndicat along with a five course tasting menu by Chef Andrew Donovan.
