Paul James is "The Gardener Guy". He was the writer and host of HGTV’s “Gardening by the Yard” for 15 years which is now streaming on Discovery +. Native Tulsan, fanatical home cook, and wine geek.

The feast will include fire roasted dishes such as whole roasted suckling hog, smoked pig trotters, whole Prairie Creek chickens, salmon over embers, grilled "Ratatouille", melon and prosciutto, blistered shishitos, slow cooked black beans, and pineapple, roasted peaches and ricotta.

These food offerings will be expertly paired with wine from Rooted Selections.
