Our chef and friend of Tulsa Baller (who shall remain nameless until the big reveal) has curated a multi-course meal beginning with an amuse-bouche and six tasting courses, designed around the underground kitchen. The menu reads foodie, with wine pairings for the following six courses: aperitivo, antipasti, primi, secondi, secondo piato, and dolce. Reservations are limited.
