On Wednesday May, 22nd Tulsa Hills Wine Cellar will be hosting a Spanish Wine Tasting  featuring 6 different wines. We will be showcasing:

Biutiful Brut, Cava: Bone-dry brut with medium intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium-plus acidity.

Mar De Vinas, Albarino: Complex and deliciously refreshing albariño. The wine is built on tense acidity that firms the texture and drives the mineral notes through the end.

Vina Jarabas, Cosecha: Blend of Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot that's been aged in barrels for four months. 

Vina Jarabas, Reserva: Made of Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes, this reserve wine has aged 12 months in oak barrels. With red fruit notes and a balanced palate, this smooth red wine will pair perfectly with red meats.

Vina Moncayo, Garnacha: All of the grapes were hand harvested prior to fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Following fermentation, the wine was aged for 7 months in used French oak barrels for additional complexity and richness.

Finca La Mata, Tempranillo: Smoke-accented blue fruit and violet pastille aromas, along with hints of incense and licorice...flavors smoothly blend richness and vivacity and pick up a spicy nuance as the wine stretches out.
