Please join us for a special dining experience presented by Chefs Michael Marchitelli and David Wooding of Crested Butte, Colorado.
Chef Michael is the executive chef and owner of Marchitelli's Gourmet Noodle, a Crested Butte fixture specializing in the family recipes of his Italian heritage. He is also a seasoned and passionate aficionado of Cajun cuisine.
Chef Wooding has earned a reputation for elevating classic dishes by using progressive culinary techniques. He specializes in French, Italian, and Nouveau American cuisines. Visitors to Crested Butte may have previously enjoyed David's food at the exquisite French bistro Soupćon.
Guests will enjoy seven unique dishes served in three rounds. The price of your ticket includes all seven dishes, cheese & charcuterie during the cocktail hour, and a special dessert wine. The Chefs and Sommelier Matt Sanders will collaborate on a recommended wine pairing for each dish, which will be available for purchase by the glass.
40 tickets will be sold at $50 each. Cocktail hour begins at 6:00. Food service begins at 7pm.
