Tulsa Hills Wine Cellar invites you to a wine tasting that is guaranteed to impress your guests this holiday season! Ashley will be showcasing 5 wines that will pair perfectly with any meal you will be serving!

Pergolas Criollas Tintas is light, fresh, and salty with pretty red flowers and red apple skins. A blend of native Criollas varietals that winemakers Pancho Bugallo & Sebastian Zuccardi collect from the pergolas many families maintain on their family properties.

Petalos is 100% Mencia and is actually produced from over 300 plots taken care of by their own special team. This carefully produced wine spends a few weeks in French oak barrels before aging for 6 to 10 months in passage barrels.

Reunion Malbec is soft and round on the palate with velvety and mature tannins; it has a well balanced and full- bodied long finish. It has a deep, concentrated red color with purple hints. It is a very expressive wine with ripe, fruity aromas of plum and cherry, as well as notes of chocolate.

P'tit Pape Paysan Blend: 56% Grenache, 29% Syrah, 15% Mourvedre A distinct umami soy/hoisin silkiness finishes with an understated balance and subtle minerality. The nose begins with wet river rock and California chaparral combined with cherries and plum skin leading the way toward a meaty, teriyaki, black olive reminiscence. Composed on the palate, notes of white pepper and dried herbs-bay laurel and thyme provide a complex compliment to the fruit of the nose.

Laberinto Cenizas Sauvignon Blanc is fermented in 100% stainless steel which leads to a very juicy and refreshing wine.This SB has a bright nose with Guava, passion fruit, and lemon leading to a mineral mid palate and soft undertones of crushed rock. The volcanic ash from the vineyard adds to this minerality and sustained finish. 

There will be two sessions: 5:30pm and 6:30 pm. The tasting will be held indoors at the Tulsa Hills Cigar Cellar.
