On Tuesday, December 19th Tulsa Hills Wine Cellar will be having a tasting hosted by Chase. He will be showcasing some amazing picks!
Quattro Theory Wines is the brainchild of Winemaker Landon Donnely. His masterful approach in making Luxurious wine is second to none. He blends new winemaking techniques with old world growing techniques. He believes there are 1424 decisions to make from seed to bottle and he is intentional about every one of these. He believes its 50% fermentation science and 50% intuition.
Ceretto Barolo is a 100% Nebbiolo using Native yeast fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by 20-25 days of maceration. Malolactic fermentation is completed in 300L French wood barrels immediately following the harvest.
Following the completion of ML, the finished wine is aged for two-three years in large 20-50HL oak casks and an additional year in bottle before release.
There will be three sessions: 5:30pm, 6:00pm, and 6:30pm. The tasting will be held indoors at the Tulsa Hills Cigar Cellar.
