“Since 2006, Broadside has been crafting wines that showcase the unique soils and topography of Paso Robles. Inspired by the “broadside” collection of our founders’ Stephanie & Brian Terrizzi, we approach each wine as a blank canvas where we can capture the vine’s personality, the terroir of the vineyard and the influence of mother nature.
Award-winning winemaker Adam LaZarre heads our production team. With over twenty years of winemaking experience in Paso Robles, Adam works with passionate vineyard owners and winegrowers who are committed to sustainable farming. This shows in the quality of fruit vintage and vintage, resulting in balanced, elegant wines focused on pure fruit expression.”
1st Course
Crab Cake with Lemon Aioli
Wine-Broadside Chardonnay, Central Coast
“Light bright gold. Pear and nectarine aromas show good clarity and pick up smoky lees and toasted grain nuances with aeration. Ripe tropical flavors of mango and pineapple with a firm seam of acidity wrap around the tongue suspending flavors well into the finish. There is a pronounced lushness to the wine that adds both weight and complexity.”
2nd Course
Rigatoni all'Amatriciana
Wine-Broadside Margarita Vineyard Merlot, Paso Robles
“Vivid ruby. Cherry, cassis and succulent herbs on the fragrant nose, joined by a slowly building tobacco nuance. Plush and supple in texture, showing good depth to the lively bitter cherry and black currant flavors. A smoky note appears on the finish with velvety tannins and lingering dark berry character.” 93 pts Wine Enthusiast

Grilled Steak with Balsamic Mushrooms
Wine-Broadside Cabernet Sauvignon, Paso Robles
“Pronounced aromas of blackberry, plum, cedar, and sexy toasted oak. A mélange of black fruits on the palate wrapped in a cherry pie filling core. Melting tannins leave the impression of bittersweet chocolate in the back of the mouth. There’s a solid seam of acidity that suspends the flavors well into the finish.” 90 points
