Join us on the patio (air conditioners will be in use) for our annual Burning Of The Corks Dinner — an evening dedicated to celebrating the memorable moments, milestones, and gatherings shared throughout the past year.

Bring your saved wine corks as we gather for a special evening of fine dining, meaningful conversation, and a ceremonial toast to the memories we’ve created together. As always, the night will feature a thoughtfully prepared menu and plenty of reasons to raise a glass.

You’ll enjoy international wines from Spain, Argentina, and Italy. The evening closes with a very special, three vintage vertical tasting of Plantation Vintage Rum.
