Join Shannon as she cooks her ‘Around The World’ dinner benefiting an organization she feels passionate about.
MAPP is a nonprofit that supports and empowers the growth & scale of women-led food organizations. Women all over the country have benefitted from the mentorship, scholarships, and support of MAPP, and Shannon has been chosen to lead a discussion at their national convention this year.
This 5- course dinner will include dishes from some of the many countries Shannon has traveled, with wine pairings provided by Dough Wines, a partner of the James Beard Foundation. The event will be held outdoors in Shannon’s beautiful garden. Space heaters will be setup as needed, and guests are encouraged to dress for comfort. 100% of the proceeds from this dinner will go to MAPP Impact.

Kick off the day with a special screening of the award-winning Film A Fine Line, followed by an inspiring conversation with filmmaker and MAPP founder Joanna James and Global Culinary Ambassador and Chef Shannon Smith.
Directly following the screening, join us at Chef Shannon Smith's home for an exclusive seat at one of her renowned dinners to celebrate with MAPP the power of women in food and its ability to empower and unite us globally.
The day will be full of good food, conversation, and new friends celebrating Tulsa and its vibrant culinary & hospitality community.
