2) Variety of melon, crispy pork belly, whipped ricotta, shaved manchago, red pepper spheres, pickled peach vinaigrette, micro onion
3) Seared foie gras, fragola/fragola fabbri agridolce gastriqe, Tunesian preserved lemon rocket salad, bread brumbs
4) Beef tenderloin, seared king trumpet "scallops", micro veg, red wine demi
5) Blue cheese gelato, honeycomb, spiced pecans, shortbread crumble
