An intimate, one-night-only vintner dinner with Aristotle Smith of Memento Mori, the Napa Valley Cabernet house whose wines are sold by allocation only. Aristotle will host and pour, walking us through the winery's story while you taste the 2023 and 2024 Flagship Cabernet Sauvignons side by side, followed by the Beckstoffer Dr. Crane single-vineyard Cabernet.

Reception: Pumpkin Arancini (pepita-coated, brie-stuffed risotto, spiced pumpkin cream) with Domaine Huet Sparkling Vouvray

First Course: Autumn Salad (butternut squash, cranberry, walnuts, arugula, five-spice vinaigrette) with the 2023 & 2024 Flagship Cabernet Sauvignon

Second Course: Ribeye Roast (roasted fingerlings, mushroom bordelaise) with the Beckstoffer Dr. Crane Cabernet Sauvignon

Dessert: Spice Cake (caramel drizzle, apple cider whipped cream)

Limited to 30 guests. Memento Mori wines are sold direct to allocated members, and guests will have the opportunity to order and join the club on the night.
