We are excited to share Chef Tuck’s four-course classical menu paired with three mythic wines selected by Zoë Curren, wine expert from Premium Brands!

As you dine & sip, you’ll be entertained by a terrific trio of Tulsa’s best jazz musicians featuring Jordan Hehl!

Shrimp Saganaki with Tomato, Olive, Feta Cheese
Skouras Moscofilero

“The color is light white yellow. Opulent aromas –light and fresh– of white flowers and honeysuckle are revealed, rounded out with notes of citrus fruits and lime. Medium- to full-bodied, refreshing and vigorous acidity, with the aromas on the mouth following those of the nose. Elegant, balanced and with a long finish.”

Skouras St. George Nemea

“The colour is bright, deep morello cherry-red. The nose reveals aromas of blackberries, raspberries and ripe strawberries with just a touch of tobacco and spices such as clove and cinnamon. It is a medium-bodied wine with elegant structure, balanced acidity and very ripe, elegant tannins. The finish is moderately-long, dominated by red fruits and followed by sweet vanilla and black pepper.”

Domaine Karydas Naoussa Xinomavro

“Xinomavro (or Xynomavro) is a dark-skinned grape variety widely planted in northern Greece. It is also cultivated to a lesser extent, in the Republic of North Macedonia. The variety is highly regarded in its native Greece as the finest red wine the country has to offer. With its characteristically high tannin and acidity, Xinomavro is structurally one of the biggest red wines in the Mediterranean, and indeed Europe.”
