1st Course Shrimp-Avocado Tostada Wine-Lorelei Riesling “Named after Laura, our winemaker’s daughter. It is bone dry and light bodied. The nose offers a wildflower bouquet reminiscent of hot summer nights. Bursts of citrus, lemon drops, and lime; quickly developing into juicy pink grapefruit and Indian Paintbrush. Finishes quickly.”

2nd Course Chicken and Waffles Chipotle Maple Mop Wine-Coyote Red “Produced in a style for everyday enjoyment, Coyote Red is a medium bodied blend of Chambourcin and Cabernet Sauvignon. Packed with tart black cherries and dried fruit character that finishes soft and velvety. Black forest spices, wild mushrooms, and pomegranate all blended perfectly to produce Coyote Red. Soft tannins, refreshingly acidic, with a medium long finish.” 

Entrée Beef Brisket with Peach-Whiskey BBQ Sauce Mashed Potatoes Wine-Chambourcin Barrel Reserve “The deep eggplant purple color of this full-bodied wine is a stark contrast to the rose petals and toasty maple sugar on the nose. Peppery and sultry spice married to dark and powerful black cherries make it the perfect accompaniment from summer barbecue to a festive holiday dinner.”
