This is a collaboration dinner between the Chef/Owners of The Meat and Cheese Show, Joel Bein and Amanda Simcoe along with our new Chef, Cliff Caldwell. Sommelier's Noah Bush and T.C. LeRoy paired wines from our cellar to compliment each dish and will be there to present.
