Founder and winemaker Malek Amrani and his wife Torie Greenberg have since worked tirelessly to build The Vice Wine as the brand of choice for wine diehards and first-timers alike, balancing the classic quality of California vineyards with a current understanding of the consumer’s wine trend.
First Course

Aromatic bouquet with notes of baked pineapple, pear Williams, marzipan and nutmeg. Salty minerality up front, uplifting acidity leading to a savory finish with notes of lemon curd , buttery brioche, banana peel and spice.
Second Course
• Grilled Portobello Mushroom with Red Wine Reduction

Inky, dense and highly aromatic with highlights of huckleberry and violets. Huge mouthfeel with layers of blueberry wrapped around velvety smooth tannins. The finish goes on and on.
Third Course
• Beef Wellington with Demi Glaze
• 2021 The Vice "Maverick" Cabernet Sauvignon, Coombsville
Velvety richness and plush texture carry flavors of blackberries and dark chocolate, gilded plums, cocoa and spices. Abundant, powdery tannins are balanced by acidity into a lingering finish. Tobacco accents throughout.

• 2023 The Vice "The Brooklynites" Orange of Gewurtztraminer
Bright and aromatic, with abundant notes of lychee, rose petal and white peach. Silky palate, balanced acidity and sweetness with hints of melon, blood orange and cardamom on the finish.
