February 28th, 1995, Doris Matthews along with sons Marc and Zack, opened Tucci's.  Originally a Pizza-by-the-Slice Cafe, has since evolved into Tulsa's very own Italian "cibo e vino" on Cherry Street.  In June 2019, Proprietor Chef Robert Merrifield, owner of The Polo Grill in Utica Square, and nephew of Doris, took over ownership of  Tucci's.  Vowing to make the necessary changes needed without interrupting the cozy and romantic atmosphere that you, our loyal guests, have grown to love. We cordially invite you to be a part of our weekend celebration.  As we graciously remember the past under Matthews' guide and look forward to what the future has to offer with The Merrifields.
