This special evening will feature OVG Executive Chef Devin Levine alongside Guest Chef Shannon Smith, combining their unique culinary styles to create a one-night-only dining experience filled with bold flavors, refined techniques, and globally inspired storytelling.

Travel through vibrant Egyptian dukkah salad, Sicilian pistachio pesto orecchiette, Israeli hummus im bassar, and richly spiced Indian chicken curry before ending the evening in France with a decadent Tour de France dessert trio.

Each course will be paired with thoughtfully selected wines designed to complement and elevate the experience throughout the night.
