Cold cucumber soup with an assortment of preserved sweet and sour vegetables.
Second course:
Egg plant rolls in olive oil
Thin strips of roasted egg plant rolled up with bread crumbs, fresh herbs, minced fennel, capers, walnuts and dried cherries.
Third Course:
Potato gnocchi yellow curry
with cauliflower, sweet bell peppers, zucchini and fresh herbs.
Fourth course:
Porcini mushroom and truffle risotto with vegan mozzarella, fresh herbs and crisp fried onions. 🍄🟫

Assortment of vegan chocolate truffles with raspberry prosecco sorbet.
